Join Hata Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of industrial electric furnaces and thermal equipment. We are hiring factory workers to assist in metal processing, welding, and assembly of our custom-made products.
✅ Salary: 330,000 – 370,000 yen/month
✅ Bonus: Twice a year (Up to 400,000 yen)
✅ Salary Increase: Yes (Performance-based, up to 5%)
✅ Commuting: Car, motorcycle, and bicycle OK (Parking available)
✅ Work Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Overtime: ~5 hrs/month)
✅ Holidays: 125 days/year (Weekends + Public Holidays)
📋 Job Responsibilities
✔️ Metal processing – cutting plates, bending, and lathe work
✔️ Welding and assembly – working with industrial electric furnaces
✔️ Parts installation for made-to-order products
✔️ Quality control and production support
🎯 Requirements
✅ No educational background required
✅ No prior experience needed (but welding experience is a plus!)
✅ Valid driver’s license (AT-only acceptable)
✅ Age Limit: Up to 59 years (Due to company retirement policy)
