Key Responsibilities
πΉ Diagnose & Repair β Inspect, test, and repair vehicle systems, brakes, fuel systems, engines, and transmissions.
πΉ Preventative Maintenance β Conduct regular servicing and ensure vehicle safety.
πΉ Use Diagnostic Equipment β Operate electronic testing tools to troubleshoot and fix issues.
πΉ Communicate with Service Advisors β Work closely with the Parts & Service team to coordinate repairs.
πΉ Complete Work Orders β Accurately document all repairs & services performed.
πΉ Stay Updated on OEM Bulletins β Participate in factory-sponsored training programs to enhance your skills.
πΉ Mentor Apprentices β Support and guide junior technicians to ensure quality standards.
What Weβre Looking For
βοΈ 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Automotive Technician.
βοΈ Red Seal Certification (Preferred but not required).
βοΈ Strong knowledge of various makes & models.
βοΈ Ability to read & interpret shop manuals and diagnostic reports.
βοΈ Excellent problem-solving & organizational skills.
βοΈ Strong teamwork & communication skills.
βοΈ Valid driverβs license & a clean driving record.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
πΉ Fast-paced automotive shop β Work with state-of-the-art tools & equipment.
πΉ Standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating tools daily.
πΉ Hands-on, detail-oriented work β Ensuring customer satisfaction with every repair.
