Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Diagnose & Repair – Inspect, test, and repair vehicle systems, brakes, fuel systems, engines, and transmissions.
πŸ”Ή Preventative Maintenance – Conduct regular servicing and ensure vehicle safety.
πŸ”Ή Use Diagnostic Equipment – Operate electronic testing tools to troubleshoot and fix issues.
πŸ”Ή Communicate with Service Advisors – Work closely with the Parts & Service team to coordinate repairs.
πŸ”Ή Complete Work Orders – Accurately document all repairs & services performed.
πŸ”Ή Stay Updated on OEM Bulletins – Participate in factory-sponsored training programs to enhance your skills.
πŸ”Ή Mentor Apprentices – Support and guide junior technicians to ensure quality standards.


What We’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Automotive Technician.
βœ”οΈ Red Seal Certification (Preferred but not required).
βœ”οΈ Strong knowledge of various makes & models.
βœ”οΈ Ability to read & interpret shop manuals and diagnostic reports.
βœ”οΈ Excellent problem-solving & organizational skills.
βœ”οΈ Strong teamwork & communication skills.
βœ”οΈ Valid driver’s license & a clean driving record.


Work Environment & Physical Demands

πŸ”Ή Fast-paced automotive shop – Work with state-of-the-art tools & equipment.
πŸ”Ή Standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating tools daily.
πŸ”Ή Hands-on, detail-oriented work – Ensuring customer satisfaction with every repair.
