As a Bus Driver, you’ll be more than just a driver — you’ll be a trusted member of the community, helping people get to work, school, and local shops. Pay Rates:
Trainee Drivers
- Monday to Friday: £12.40/hr → £12.65 after 12 months → £14.40 after 24 months
- Weekends: £12.70/hr → £12.95 after 12 months → £14.70 after 24 months
- Bank Holidays: £40 bonus per shift
PCV Qualified Drivers
- Monday to Friday: £12.65/hr → £14.40 after 6 months
- Weekends: £12.95/hr → £14.70 after 6 months

Shift Patterns:
- 5 out of 7-day rotating shifts
- 1 in 3 weekends off, including 1 in 6 long weekends (Thursday–Sunday)
- Morning starts from 04:00, evening finishes by 01:30
- Overtime available upon request
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ with at least 6 months of driving experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence (max. 6 penalty points)
- Pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Great communication and customer service skills
- PCV licence required for qualified drivers
