As a bus driver, selected candidate will be responsible for transporting our residents to and from various appointments and outings. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and other activities.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bus, including regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts, destinations, and any incidents that occur.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, addressing any concerns or special requests.

Requirements for Job:

• Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a bus driver, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with elderly and disabled individuals with patience and empathy.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws.
• First Aid certification is desirable.
