We are seeking people interested in Alpine skiing who are willing to consider moving to Niseko, Hokkaido, to start a new chapter!

The main role of the coach driver is to convey hotel guests on regularly scheduled bus trips throughout the resorts. Driving any vehicle allowed by the driving licence is not the only restriction.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Follows to a predetermined bus shuttle route and conducts scheduled stops to pick up and drop off hotel guests.

● Helps hotel guests enter and exit vehicles when needed, especially with their ski equipment.

● Before beginning the planned route for the day, visually inspect the bus.

● Report any bus mechanical issues such as defective brakes, steering, or other problems.

● Prepares an observation report based on working shifts (time belt (km) reports and petrol).

● Obey all traffic laws.                    

● Constantly keep the bus sanitary and clean.

Requirements

● Passionate on completing tasks and a team player,

● The ability to safely drive a bus, especially during the winter,

● An extensive knowledge of traffic regulations, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical problem-solving,

● A professional and official appearance,

● Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and late hours,

● Personnel that are trustworthy, dependable, and have integrity in their work,

● Bus Driver’s license,
