Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to established standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist guests with any housekeeping-related inquiries or requests in a prompt and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
