Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cashier Services Duty Manager in the daily coordination and operation of the Casino Safety Deposit Box and Keno
• Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with the System of Accounting and Internal Controls
• Support in accounting for inventory, including local and foreign currency, coin, cheques, chips, documents, and records.
• Respond to guest enquiries and concerns, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Assist with people planning requirements including Training & Development and Recruitment activities.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Extensive experience in a highly regulated cash handling environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
• Thorough understanding of regulations and laws as they relate to our business
