Responsibilities of Job:

• Planting, transplanting, and maintaining tobacco crops according to established procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling irrigation systems to ensure optimal growing conditions.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Harvesting tobacco leaves by hand or using specialized machinery.
• Curing and drying tobacco leaves using traditional or modern methods.
• Performing routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery.
• Assisting with general farm duties as required.

Requirements of Job:

• Prior experience in agriculture, preferably in tobacco farming, is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
