About the Role:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. You will work as part of the housekeeping team to provide a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests.
- Stock housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and transport it to assigned rooms.
- Follow proper procedures for entering and servicing guest rooms.
- Replace guest amenities, linens, and towels.
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and room service items.
- Ensure all room appliances are in working order.
- Perform dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and general floor care.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages.
- Adhere to hotel safety and security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide outstanding service.
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided!
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 25 lbs unassisted.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
