Responsibilities of Kitchen Exhaust Cleaner:

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems according to company standards and regulations
• Remove grease and other contaminants from exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, and filters
• Use specialized equipment and cleaning agents to ensure thorough cleaning
• Inspect exhaust systems for any defects or issues that may require repairs
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning or similar work is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
