Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning food preparation areas, floors, and work surfaces
• Assisting with food preparation under the supervision of the chef
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Receiving and storing deliveries
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing salads

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
