Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assist with inventory management by keeping track of stock and notifying chefs when supplies are running low
• Help with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as setting up and breaking down work stations

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
