Role Overview: As a Kitchen Hand / Domestic Assistant, selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas, and providing support to the kitchen and catering team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, adhering to dietary requirements and food safety standards
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Assist in the delivery of meals to residents, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Provide support to the kitchen and catering team as required
• Perform general domestic duties, including cleaning resident rooms and communal areas, laundry duties, and other tasks as directed
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including infection control and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment at all times

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or similar environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Certificate in Food Handling or equivalent (desirable)
