Responsibilities of Lifeguard:

• As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety of pool patrons by actively monitoring activities, enforcing rules, and responding promptly to emergencies.
• You’ll perform rescues, when necessary, administer first aid, and maintain a vigilant presence to prevent accidents.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the pool area, conducting regular safety checks, and providing excellent customer service are integral aspects of the role.
• Your commitment to promoting a secure and enjoyable aquatic environment is crucial for the well-being of all guests.

Eligibility Criteria for Lifeguard:

• Certification: Possess a valid and current lifeguard certification from a recognized training program, including CPR and first aid certifications.
• Swimming Skills: Demonstrate strong swimming skills and proficiency in various water rescue techniques.
• Physical Fitness: Maintain good physical fitness and endurance to respond effectively to emergencies and perform rescues.
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pool patrons and team members.
• Vigilance: Be attentive and vigilant, with the ability to monitor the pool area and respond quickly to any signs of distress or unsafe conditions.
• Customer Service: Have a customer-centric approach and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
