Responsibilities of New 2024 Job:

• Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.
• Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.
• Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.
• Prepare and deliver checks, process payments.
• Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas
• Assist with setups for functions, group events.
• Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.
• Comply with appearance standards per handbook.
• Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.

Requirements for New 2024 Job:

• Serving It Right Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for providing outstanding customer service are essential.
