Experience is preferred but not essential as training and development is provided. Responsibilities of New 2024 Jobs:

• The role will be varied and include a range of duties that will work across the factory processes including handling and processing of glass products.
• Full training will be provided. 
• Installing and maintaining glass structures, such as greenhouses and hoop houses
• Monitoring environmental conditions within glass structures to ensure optimal growing conditions for crops
• Assisting with planting, watering, and harvesting of crops as needed
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on glass structures
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Eligibility Criteria for New 2024 Jobs:

• Previous experience in factory or warehouse with manual handling experience (experience with glass preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to get the get the job done safely and accurately.
• Committed to a strong workplace health and safety focus.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Glass experience is highly regarded but not essential.
