Position Overview:

They are looking for a reliable and experienced farm supervisor to oversee their daily farming operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate farm activities, such as planting, irrigation, and harvesting
• Supervise and train farm workers
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain farm records and prepare reports
• Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in farming
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and techniques
