Responsibilities of Farm Assistant:

• Assisting with the cultivation, planting, and harvesting of crops
• Work closely with team members in the day-to-day operations of the farm.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
• Monitoring and maintaining crop health and growth.
• Participating in the development and implementation of farm plans and strategies
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements for Farm Assistant Job:

• Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting preferred.
• Preferably with technical knowledge of Farm Operations.
• On-site training will be provided.
• A keen interest in AgriTech will be advantageous.
• Possess ITE / Diploma Qualification in any technical field.
