Responsibilities:

• Customer service:
  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering questions about products and services.
  • Helping customers find what they need.
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handling customer complaints and requests courteously and effectively.
• Merchandising:
  • Stocking shelves, keeping displays neat and organized.
  • Pricing items and ensuring accurate product information.
  • Preparing promotional displays and signage.
• Inventory management:
  • Checking and reporting on stock levels.
  • Ordering new inventory as needed.
  • Preventing theft and loss of merchandise.
• Cleaning and maintenance:
  • Keeping the shop clean and presentable.
  • Taking out trash and recycling.
  • Completing other cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Additional duties:
  • May be responsible for operating cash registers, wrapping gifts, or other tasks specific to the shop.
  • Participating in training programs and maintaining knowledge of products and services.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
