Job Description
- Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units’ system, cassette, AHU, MV fan. Electrical hands-on experience in building construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Use common hand tools (carpentry, plumbing, painting, standard mechanic tools, ladders, etc.)
- Assist as needed with routine preventative maintenance functions (filter changes, belt replacements, water treatment, etc.)
- Ability to perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, pictures, and bulletin boards
- May be required to clear clogged drains and make minor plumbing repairs
About You
- N2 Level Japanese Proficiency
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or electronics or equivalent experience.
- Background in Facility Management, Technical, Building Operations or any relevant Engineering background (3-5 years of related experience)
