Job Responsibilities
✅ Sorting & Grading: Classify vegetables by size, shape, and quality for better market value.
✅ Packing: Pack and sort fresh vegetables for shipment.
✅ Harvesting & Planting: Hand-pick vegetables and assist in planting new crops.
✅ Irrigation & Fertilization: Water crops and mix fertilizers to enhance growth.
✅ Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the working area.
✅ Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain farm machinery as required.
Job Requirements
✔ Experience: No experience required – Training provided!
✔ Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
✔ Language Skills: Basic English required for communication.
✔ Transportation: Must have reliable transport to and from work.
✔ Work Eligibility: Must have valid work authorization (No sponsorship available).
✔ Independence: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
