EQ Kuala Lumpur is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure table settings and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or cooking is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail
- Food safety certification is an added advantage
