Key Responsibilities of Waiter:

• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure timely and efficient service, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Stay informed about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
• Knowledgeable about wine and beverage offerings to assist guests with selections.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the delivery of food and beverages.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and synchronized dining service.
• Encourage upselling by suggesting additional menu items and promoting special promotions.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving challenges and ensuring guest satisfaction.

 Eligibility Criteria for Waiter:

• Possess extensive experience working in five-star hotels or upscale restaurants – at least 1 year of this experience is a non negotiable requirement.
• Master the art of flawless table service: from presenting dishes with flair to anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring seamless dining experiences.
• Communicate with grace and confidence, exceeding expectations with impeccable communication skills and genuine hospitality.
• Possess a dynamic and adaptable personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Exemplify professionalism and attention to detail, always presenting impeccably and ensuring immaculate tablescapes.
• Speak fluent English and additional languages are a plus.
• Clear medical bill and clear criminal record.
