We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our transportation team at a leading university in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of students to and from the university, while maintaining a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and vehicle care. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires punctuality, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from the university following scheduled routes
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure the bus is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and university policies
- Maintain order and ensure passenger safety at all times
- Report any issues, incidents, or maintenance needs to the transport supervisor
- Communicate courteously and professionally with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
- Valid First-Degree Driving License (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar transportation or school driving role is a plus
- Good knowledge of New Cairo and surrounding areas
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and afternoons
