Requirements for Respect Victoria
Under the supervision of the Chef Manager, the Chef / Cook will prepare, cook, and serve residents healthful, attractive, and inviting in-house meals that correspond to the requirements of the Food Safety Program.
The following must be proven by applicants:
- Previous work experience in a commercial kitchen that offers residential care for seniors
- A relevant qualification
- A certified national police certificate (or the ability to get one) is required for work in the aged care sector
Every candidate must pass the Aged Care Worker Screening standards given stated by law in order to be qualified to be interviewed for employment with Respect.
