Responsibilities of Doorman:

• Guest Arrival Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Eligibility Criteria for Doorman:

• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including appropriate grooming and a well-kept uniform.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform basic physical tasks as required for the role.
• Security Awareness: Basic understanding of security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and property.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various situations and handle unexpected challenges with composure.
• Previous Experience: While not mandatory, prior experience in a similar role or customer-facing position would be advantageous.
• Legal Requirements: Must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for employment in the region.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language(s) and basic knowledge of English may be preferred, depending on the specific job requirements.
