Anco Seed & Turf is a family owned and operated instant turf business who have been in operation for over 47 years. We have 3 farms across Victoria and deliver across Metro Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Gippsland, Phillip Island and Mornington peninsula. We have an exciting opportunity for a new full time team member to be based at our Woorinen South farm as we are experiencing growth into new markets. The role is to work on our large scale production site, you will learn everything involved in turf production with extensive training.
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery for harvesting of turf.
- Operating tractors for mowing, fertilising, spraying, sowing and forklift driving.
- Daily checking and maintenance of machinery.
- Following all safety procedures & checklists on safety system.
- Irrigating.
- General Farm work
- Handling of turf.
- Any other task as required.
