JOB OF CONSTRUCTION WORKER IN TAIWAN 2023

Construction Workers perform variety of tasks to help with the construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, and other structures. This may include demolishing old structures, dogging trenches, operating power tools and heavy machinery, pouring concrete and asphalt, erecting scaffolding, hauling materials, and assisting with the installation of wiring and plumbing. Construction Workers must be able to follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and join materials with bolts, screws, nails, or glue
• Raise structural frames and shape steel girders according to blue prints specifications
• Repair or replace damaged structures as needed
• Install insulation, drywall, and other materials as necessary for construction
• Clean up job sites upon completion of projects in order to minimize hazard from leftover materials or debris

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and equipment
• Excelelnt communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in Mandarin or Taiwanese

SALARY

• Minimum salary 50,000 NTD per month
• Maximum salary 70,000 NTD per month
