We are currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our client’s site in Carroll, NSW. This role requires safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader under varying conditions. The operator must be alert, follow all site safety protocols, and adapt driving practices to prevailing site conditions such as wet weather, blind corners, and shared workspaces with other equipment.

What You’ll Do:
As a Loader Operator, you will be required to carry out (but not limited to) the following:
- Operate front-end loader to move materials on site.
- Drive the loader safely, adjusting speed and actions according to prevailing conditions (e.g. wet conditions, blind corners).
- Use horn at blind corners and remain aware of other equipment and door clearances.
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the loader.
- Adhere to all site safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience:
To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must have proven experience as a loader operator.
- Must have experience working in cotton harvest operations.
