Key Responsibilities of Pick & Packer:
- The picking and packing of their customers’ orders.
- Checking accuracy of their customers’ orders.
- Counting inventory for cycle counts.
- Adhere to our H&S standards and policies, as H&S is extremely important to the Big Chill family.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements for Pick & Packer:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness, as this role involves lifting and moving heavy items.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift license is an advantage.
