Duties and Responsibilities:
Sale associate customer services proactively engage and make a connection with customers. Properly asking questions and listening to customers’ needs with positive attitude. Directing customers to merchandise informing them about upcoming events promotions and Provide premier customer service. Take responsibility for your own actions and results, and respectful relationships that are inclusive and positive.
Sales
Cross selling products and layout of the store. Sale associate make suggestions to customer on latest trends and current promotions based on customer’s individual needs. Upselling products. Learning product features keeping up with the latest trends leveraging company tools and technology. Using a point-of-sale system processing currency exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards, and cash handling, such as counting money and giving customers precise change.
Qualification and experience
Know basic knowledge of products merchandise and Retail experience preferred but not required.
Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills. Ability to read write and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to effectively communicate with customer’s peers and management. Ability to communicate on the telephone with positive etiquette.
Mathematical skills
Knowledge about Accountant and Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Timing
To work a variety of hours which may include early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
