Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises through routine patrols and surveillance systems
- Manage access control at all restaurant entrances and exits
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
- Perform daily security checks and log incidents as required
- Provide support to customers and staff, ensuring a positive and safe atmosphere
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with restaurant management and emergency services if needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in security roles (physical, personnel, or private) is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Basic computer skills for reporting and logging security data
