Stores Helper (Catering Store), Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is looking for a stores helper to join their catering store team in Hong Kong! Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, receiving and inspecting goods, and maintaining cleanliness in the store area. Responsibilities:

• Operate a Food & Beverage (F&B) Store / Receiving Counter
• Take up daily activities of stores issue, receipt, return, transfer and updated system record etc
• Assist Storekeeper to monitor the stock level and prepare stock replenishment
• Liaise with suppliers and users on the matters relating to supply of stores and prepare stock reports and statistics
• Follow up Purchase Orders delivery with suppliers and Procurement
• Assist Stores Supervisor / Head Storekeeper / Storekeeper to monitor daily operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Storekeeper or above
• Follow the HACCP / ISO22000 standard and procedure in store and receiving operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3 standard or above
• 1-year relevant experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience in MS applications
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese
• Able to communicate in simple English
