To support our continued growth, we are hiring AZ Company Drivers and Owner Operators for long-haul routes in Canada/USA and Canada Only. We welcome both solo drivers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned tractor-trailers to transport and deliver goods
- Navigate routes across Canada and the U.S., complying with all traffic and transport regulations
- Follow loading crew signals for safe and accurate maneuvering at pick-up and delivery sites
- Secure all loads properly using load bars and safety protocols
- Maintain up-to-date driver logs (paper or electronic) as per ministry and provincial regulations
- Perform daily vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the Fleet Coordinator promptly
- Keep the assigned truck clean and sanitized at all times
- Replace any used items from the safety bag as needed
- Maintain a clean driver abstract
- Represent Westmoreland with a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Valid AZ driver’s license
- Clean driver abstract
- Strong knowledge of commercial driving laws and safety practices
- Ability to handle long-haul trips with professionalism and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
