The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and presentation of their chilled and frozen food sections, ensuring products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all chilled and frozen food products are stored and displayed at the correct temperature
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Check deliveries for accuracy and quality
• Rotate products to ensure older stock is sold first
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the chilled and frozen food sections
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
