PAK’n Save Palmerston North are looking for a keen, hardworking and reliable person to join their chilled foods team on a part time basis as a chilled food assistant. As a chilled foods assistant, selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of the chilled foods section of the store. Responsibilities:

• Receiving and unpacking deliveries of chilled foods.
• Rotating and restocking products on shelves and in display cases.
• Monitoring and maintaining the temperature of chilled food storage units.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Keeping the chilled foods section clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or food handling role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
