Responsibilities of Cook:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and established recipes, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Menu Compliance: Ensure adherence to menu specifications, portion sizes, and presentation standards, while accommodating special dietary needs and preferences.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage to control costs effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and collaborate with the culinary team to streamline operations and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality during the cooking process and before serving, ensuring that all dishes meet the established standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Timely Execution: Work efficiently to meet service deadlines and ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
• Adaptability: Adapt to changing menu requirements, special events, and customer demands, demonstrating flexibility in handling various culinary tasks.
• Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Take responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to health and safety.

Eligibility Criteria for Cook:

• Experience of the candidates should range from 4 to 8 years.
• Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience. Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
• Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Minimum two (2) years of hospital, institutional, or restaurant cooking experience to include food preparation Current SERVSAFE certification or has.
• Cook Qualifications/Skills:Adaptability Decision-making. Customer service. Oral communication Planning, problem solving, and teamwork Developing. Self-motivated. Multi-tasking.
