This Will Be An Overview Of Your Role

  • Get to know and develop relationships with a variety of people.
  • Security screening, operate and maintain CCTV and electronic access control systems.
  • Cooperating with various organisations and stakeholders, such the police, corrections, lawyers, and judicial officers, to ensure that court hearings take place safely.
  • Patrol locations, perform building security assessments, act to duress alarm activations, and acknowledge reduce, and respond to threats to security, health, and safety, as well as report incidents that occur in those locations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for Covid-19 Response.

Skills And Experience

  • Previous work in customer service, security, defense, or government is helpful but not required because thorough training will be provided.
  • Confident with technology.
  • Experience of de-escalating conflict.
  • Able to take part in full contact officer safety training physically.
  • The reason Have a current and flawless New Zealand driver’s licence and a spotless criminal record.
  • Knowledge of Te Ao Maori, Te Reo and Tikanga is desired but not essential.

Salary

Salary band for this role is: $56,729 to $78, 441,. Starting salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
