Position overview

As a Production and Refining Operator, you will play a critical role in our refining and processing operations. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate refining equipment and machinery to process sugar products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product quality issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Maintain production records and report any issues or deviations.

Eligibility Criteria

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following safety protocols.
