Responsibilities of Fast-Food Cook:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Washing, Cutting, slicing vegetables, meat and fish
• Weighing, measuring, mixing and prepping ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
• Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
• Reporting any problems with kitchen equipment to the manager on duty.
• Steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, fish, vegetables and other ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist in stocking and organizing inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements for Fast Food Cook:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
