Responsibilities Support Staff Personnel:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Provide support to departments with clerical and administrative needs.
- Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in shared spaces.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors or clients with inquiries.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a courteous manner.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members and various departments.
- Assist with special projects or events as required.
- Task Coordination:
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Support staff in meeting deadlines and project goals.
- Adaptability:
- Be flexible and willing to take on diverse responsibilities as needed.
- Handle unexpected tasks with a proactive and positive approach.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Report any issues or concerns promptly.
Eligibility Criteria for Support Staff Personnel:
High School diploma/G.E.D. (or equivalent), university degree, or higher education certificate, or military experience in related job
• Valid driver’s license if required for role.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to obtain any required visas.
• Ability to work in various environments and climates.
• Knowledge of applicable of IMAS standards, industry, and international best practices.
• Knowledge of Ukraine requirements and culture is desired.
• Formal training experience is desired.
• Construction or Hazardous Waste Operations experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all skill levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
• Excellent Microsoft Office suit abilities, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• International experience is desired.
