Responsibilities of Waitress:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders from customers, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Table Service: Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all items are presented according to the established standards.
• Knowledge of Menu: Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, in order to provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
• Up-selling: Promote additional items, such as desserts or special beverages, to enhance the overall dining experience and contribute to revenue generation.
• Billing and Payment: Process customer bills accurately, handle payments, and provide correct change if necessary.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, to create a welcoming environment.

Eligibility Criteria Waitress:

• Experience of the candidates should range from 2 to 7 years.
