Responsibilities

  • Fruit Picking: Carefully and efficiently pick ripe fruit from trees or plants, following proper harvesting techniques to ensure product quality.
  • Sorting and Packing: Sort and pack harvested fruit into designated containers or bins, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily picking targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Safety: Adhere to farm safety guidelines and best practices to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate basic farm equipment and tools as required, with appropriate training and supervision.

Eligibility Criteria

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide training on fruit picking techniques.
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in an outdoor environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time during the harvest season, including weekends if necessary.
